We’re so confident you’ll love your Oh Flossy products. However, if you change your mind or need to exchange your item, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on eligible products.
You can request a refund, store credit or exchange to the same value once your returned item has been received and checked.

Change of Mind Returns
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
- your return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order;
- items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging and condition;
- proof of purchase may be required;
- gift cards are excluded.
For change of mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are unable to refund or exchange items that are not received by us.
Original shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law or unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Oh Flossy offers a 30-day change of mind return window, which gives you longer than the standard EU 14-day withdrawal period.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation through the same portal. If your order has already been fulfilled or delivered, you may submit a return request.
For eligible EU withdrawal returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Where required by law, we will refund the product price and standard original delivery costs once the eligible returned item has been received.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic, skincare, nail polish, face paint, lip gloss and similar products may not be eligible for change of mind returns unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
We know how disappointing it is to receive an item that is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
If your Oh Flossy product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ohflossy.com with your order number, proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement, refund or suitable solution as quickly as possible. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, Oh Flossy will cover the reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer rights that may apply in your country.
