Such a shame as I bought this for my daughter for Easter. She opened the lid and the lipstick fell out. Disappointing. Can't really mould it back properly without it doing it again and falling out. I would understand if it were wound up too far but it didn't even make it to that part. Great ingredients which is why I purchased.
